Google Tricks Released

The most usable trick I learned about Google is the Google Scholar search feature. With this feature, I am able to narrow my search to relevant topics and in result, get very useful and qualified results. It also allows me to narrow the results to a certain time frame which really helps me out with my research topic since my topic (racism in athletics) is a very historical issue. I will continue to use Google Advanced Scholar Search for this research project and also for research projects in the future!

  1. Hi Derek,

See what happens when you use some of the other strategies (the tilda ~ and quotation marks around important phrases) when searching in Google Scholar.
